Dresden – Neumarkt

Just one of these pictures showing the reconstructed site of Neumarkt in Dresden with Frauenkirche in it’s center and quite some newly built houses. This entire place was completely reconstructed during the last couple of years and nowadays it becomes more and more a new central place in Dresden.

This picture was taken on August 19th 2006.

Dresden Elbe Valley

This is the first picture taken with my Nikon D50, created on September 2nd, 2006. It shows the Elbe Valley in Dresden from the so called Waldschlösschen. This area is selected by UNESCO as part of the World Heritage.

This is the place where currently a bridge is under construction. This building questions the World Heritage state of this area.

I found this picture now as a reference for the second time. That’s amazing
